A: Yes we do free pick up if you booked accommodation with us
Q: Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
A: All ‘Flexible Rate’ reservations require a one night’s charge to guarantee the booking. On arrival the guest will be required to pay the remaining balance. All ‘Restricted Rates’ are prepaid. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking. Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered.
Q: How old do I have to be to check-in to the Hotel?
A: Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Identification is required upon check-in for all guests.
Q: Is it possible to check-in prior to the specified check in time?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in prior to the specified check in time, depending on availability. Early check in cannot be guaranteed. If you require your room to be ready prior to check in, it is possible to reserve the room from the night before.
Q: Do you provide a service for late check-out?
A: Late check-out is available at an additional charge. Please contact your preferred property with your requirements.
Q: What age determines a child?
A: A ‘child’ is any person who is 6 years of age or younger, anyone who is older than 6 years of age will be considered an adult and will be charged at the adult rate.
Q: Do you offer parking?
A: For your convenience, we offer a range of parking options, please enquire with us directly for availability and rates.
Q: Do you offer bathrooms or ensuites in your guestrooms?
A: Yes, all of our guestrooms feature either a bathroom or ensuite. Please enquire with us directly for further information.
Q: Do you provide tea / coffee facilities in your guestrooms?
A: Yes, all rooms feature a Kettle, cups, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Q: Can Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel guarantee special room requests (e.g.. room location)?
A: All rooms are assigned upon check-in, special requests will be processed based on availability. While requests are not guaranteed, please note that we do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
Q: When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?
A: When booking direct with us, you will receive confirmation code via email to the address you have supplied us with. You can also contact our hotels’ Reservations Team to verify your reservation.
Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Team at least one day prior to the earliest check in time of your arrival. Please note that you must have booked a Flexible rate type as some rates are non-refundable and non-amendable.
Q: Do you offer discounts for a group booking?
